1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery when:

  • Items are unworn, undamaged and in original condition
  • All original packaging and certificates are included
  • Security tags remain intact

2. Non-Returnable Items
Cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”)
  • Items with removed security tags

3. Return Process

  1. Request authorization at USADesignerJewelry.com/returns
  2. Pack items securely in original packaging
  3. Include all documentation
  4. Ship with insured, trackable service

4. Refund Processing

  • Allow 7-10 business days after we receive return
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable

5. Exchanges
For size adjustments:

  1. Return original item following standard process
  2. Place new order for correct size
  3. Email us for price protection

6. Damaged/Defective Items
If item arrives flawed:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Provide detailed photos
  • We’ll arrange prepaid return shipping

7. International Returns
